papa's got a brand new brownie

They ask us, ‘Hey Junkies, what makes your brownies so damn good?’
It’s because THEY GOT SOUL man, soul.


That and because we use only the very finest ingredients available.
We’re the Junkies, so you know that the JBs will have the tastiest bittersweet chocolate on the planet. The crazy zeal we have for our chocolate is applied to every aspect of our JBs, from our in-house organic raspberry puree to Oasis’ world-class tahini. As with all of our products, our brownies are 100% natural with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Dairy.

Godfather brownies - James Brownies Series
Just a simple, plain chocolate brownie right? Wrong.
The Godfather is our opportunity to show why chocolate freaks make the ultimate brownies.
We start with a base 60% bittersweet which would trump about 99% of the other brownies out there, but of course we take it a step further. Just at the end of the mixing stage we add a generous heaping of 70% chocolate chunks, which takes the brownie to new complex, dark dimension.


Raspberry Funk Brownies
Dark, sultry, decadent. That pretty much sums up the Raspberry Funk in a nutshell. We took The Godfather and added our in-house organic raspberry puree to make a brownie that is unbelievably rich and moist which leaps in the high notes of fresh raspberries. Truly amazing brownie.

Maceo Mess brownies - James Brownies Series - Truffle Junkeis
Maceo loved his PB & Js, so this one’s for him. Peanut butter and blackberry puree, both made in-house, are blended with dark chocolate chunks, yielding a brownie guaranteed to put a smile on your face at the very first bite. This is one happy brownie.
Give the Drummer Some - Truffle Junkies James Brownies Series
JB always understood the benefit of keeping his drummer amped up, so that’s exactly what this brownie is intended to do. To The Godfather we add house-pulled espresso shots & a handful of cacao nibs to guarantee even the sleepiest of drummers a long night of jamming.



Truffle Junkies’ take on the good ‘ol peanut butter brownie. We opted for sesame butter instead. Oasis’ all-natural Tahini, one of the only US made Tahinis available, is blended with wildflower honey and mixed with toasted almonds. A wonderful, unique take on a classic brownie.

Honey-Pistachio brownies
This brownie has a Mediterranean flair with the bright flavors of honey & lemon peel perfectly highlighting the pistachios.
