		Chocolate goodies are basically fun tasty things that we decide to dip in some chocolate. We haven’t yet found anything that has not been bettered by a little swim in our 61% bittersweet. While we’d like to include the some 3300 items we regularly dip, it’s not really feasible, so here’s what we’re offering right now: note: Our chocolaty goodies are not available for general purchase at this time, but by request only. If you are interested, let us know and we'll work something out. Thanks. Hand Dipped Fresh Strawberries:* We buy only the largest, ripest, juiciest organic strawberries from local farms for our hand dipped chocolate strawberries. Available in white chocolate, dark chocolate, or a combination of both. Stuffed Chocolate Cherries: Welcome to Truffle Junkies’ take on the chocolate covered cherry – no gooey, sickly sweet maraschino cherries here. As with our strawberries, we buy all of our cherries from local organic farms. We pit the cherries by hand, and fill the void with a pistachio. We then dip them in either dark or white chocolate with the stems on (we want you to keep your hands clean). We guarantee you’ve never had chocolate covered cherries like this before. Hand Dipped Calimyrna Figs: These gorgeous pale yellow figs are grown in California. After a nice long bath in light rum, we hand dip these dried beauties in our decadent dark chocolate. This is a truly sensuous treat. Dunked Apricots: Dried, sliced apricots get all liquored up in a pool of Grand Marnier before they unknowingly get taken from their homes and dunked in our bittersweet chocolate. Classic combo taken to the next level. Trucker’s Friend Trail Mix: Talk about a pick me up. Cocoa nibs (little roasted bits from the Venezuelan cacao pod) are combined with our dark roasted espresso beans and covered in dark chocolate. This double chocolate espresso combination will keep you safely on the road all night long. Itzy Bitzies: Itzy Bitzies are miniature versions of our full-size traditional truffles. We use all the same ingredients. We just make them smaller. They are the perfect bite-sized chocolates for snacking on, and are available in 12 yummy flavors. This is the real ‘bet you can’t eat just one’ snack. Seriously. I bet you can’t. There’s no way. Try it. Not a chance. James Brownies : Give the Brownie Some! Give the Brownie Some! Our brownie is the Godfather of Chocolate. This isn’t your normal elementary school bake sale brownie. Get ready to change that perception you’ve had of the brownie since you were a little kid. Prepare yourself for James Brownies – the Brownies with Soul. Dark chocolate coated Prunes stuffed with walnuts and muscato raisins aged in Cinnamon Raspberry Vinegar : The name says it all; the taste is indescribable!
