from the full flavor of the espresso and its crema. After we hand shell
our Crazy-Good Espresso truffles with our 61%, we finish

The Alba White truffles is our salute to the tradition of chocolate truffles, which were designed to mimic the look of the French black truffle – rough looking with the cocoa symbolizing the earth where the truffle was pulled from. In our version, we decided to ape the superior truffle – the rare Italian white truffle – by taking our white chocolate ganache, shelling it in 64% dark bittersweet and coating it in confectioner’s sugar instead of cocoa.

Aunt Hazelnut Truffles is our version of a classic combination
