Chocolates and good hooch have gone together since people still used the word hooch. We do recommend any of our truffles to be paired up with your favorite alcoholic beverages, but we know it’s not always convenient. For those times when chugging that bottle of ripple would be frowned upon (PTA meetings, choir practice, the opening screening for Toy Story 7, etc…) we have developed our NKA truffles. All of the pleasure, none of the regret.

For our NKA truffles, we use the finest spirits available ranging from cordials and aperitifs to heavy duty, full bodied scotch and bourbon. Everyone knows that a Kahlua truffle is gonna be tasty. We mean, come on. It’s a no-brainer. But, don’t shy away from some of the heavier selections. You’d be surprised how well good Armagnac matches up to the dark flavors of our chocolate ganache.

Remember, we really do mean No Kids Allowed. These truffles do contain alcohol, so unless you want to be carted off by the authorities, we suggest you keep these little tasties all to your adult selves.

There may not be a better duo on this earth than Port and chocolate. They were destined for each other. The dark chocolaty plum flavors of our Late Bottled Vintage Port are a no brainer. Any Porto In A Storm is sure to be a new classic.
Our version of the classic Champagne truffle. Instead of using traditional Cognac (the brandy from the Champagne region in France) in our ganache, we use the superior brandy hailing from the south west area of France – Armagnac, France’s oldest beverage. The fine Armagnac we use elevates this classic truffle to a completely other level.
To make this sumptuous adult truffle, we use one of the finest single malts from the highlands of Scotland. The Balvenie Doublewood is aged 12 years and features a subtle complexity that will not overpower our dark chocolate ganache.
Oh yeah, now we’re talking. This powerful truffle concoction is a masterpiece. We use the finest Bourbon Kentucky has to offer from the genius distiller Booker Noe. The sweet, smoky, spicy notes of the bourbon balance the bittersweet notes of our 70% dark chocolate, creating a distinctive flavor that does not overpower.
This is the adult version of our world renowned (prove its not!) Royal Ripe Raspberry. The Frambois pairs up well to the bittersweet flavors of our ganache. This a truly decadent truffle.
Absolutely brilliant combination of the classic liqueur with our classic dark ganache. These truffles are so light, creamy and delicious. Our Kinky Kahlua truffles may be the ultimate aphrodisiac.
Set your soul free to fly. It’s a good day to try our newest NKA member: See See Bone! Chatelaine et Cie and Amaretto are married brilliantly in this exceptionally gentle and noble party animal of a truffle. After a couple of these bad boys you’ll be uncontrollably singing nonsense in a language you don’t understand and be unable to remove that giant stupid grin on your face.

Nothing will make you happier than enjoying the combination of our white chocolate ganache, Kahlua, and good old Polish vodka. A truffle to make the Dude himself happy.
