PO Boxes:
All shipments and deliveries are subject to current UPS, USPS, or FEDEX rates. Depending on the time of year and temperature of the destination city, shipping methods may need to be adjusted to 2-day air or next-day air with appropriate warm-weather packaging. All shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers within a 50 mile radius of Truffle Junkies' Ann Arbor facilities may have their orders delivered in-house at management's discretion. Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment at the time of delivery and contacting Truffle Junkies within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems. Truffle Junkies is not responsible for any damage or defects to the product due to improper handling or storage. Please see 411 for proper storage and handling. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We need to ship to a physical address
because we don't want your truffles sitting in your PO Box for days,
weeks, or months. We want to enjoy them immediately. Thanks. We will facilitate international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you are overseas and would like our truffles, please email us at: international@trufflejunkies.com Ordering: Due to extremely high demand right now, we are only taking bulk party orders a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. We hope to cut that down to 2 weeks, but for right now it is necessary. The minimum order for bulk truffles is 48 pieces. You may choose
as many flavors as you would like, but you must order a minimum
of 12 truffles per flavor. Currently ALL bulk orders must be pre-paid in full through our online checkout process. If you prefer to pay by certified check, money order, or wire transfer, please contact us prior to completing your online order. Work Order Placement: Word orders may be placed online, by phone, or by fax. By placing a work order, the customer is agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth herein and throughout the Truffle Junkies website. Placing a work order is an obligation to abide by the terms set herein. Order Cancellations: Any work order cancelled prior to two weeks of a scheduled delivery date is subject to a twenty-five percent handling charge. Any order cancelled with less than two weeks notice is subject to a fifty-percent handling charge. Pre-paid split shipments are only alterable at the discretion of Truffle Junkies management, and may not be accepted. Any pre-paid amount for split-shipments is non-refundable. Changes in quantities for orders placed within 24 hours may be altered by contacting Truffle Junkies. Customers with a history of order cancellations may be refused further service by Truffle Junkies. Bulk Discounts:We do offer bulk discounts on our bulk truffles and other products as follows: 0-119 truffles -no discount Bad Debt: Returned checks are subject to a minimum $75 fee and 15% of the check amount. In addition 10% of total outstanding amount will be charged per deliquent payment day. Truffle Junkies may refuse further service to any customer issuing returned checks.
