We spent months searching around in vain for fun, unique
wedding favors for the guests at our wedding. We couldn’t find
anything that we liked. Everything was so cheesy and boring. Then,
we attended a wedding of a close friend in Ohio, and we each received
a gorgeous 2-truffle box from Truffle Junkies at our place settings.
We knew right then that this is what we wanted to use at our wedding!
We decided to go all out with our wedding favors. They put our monograms
on each chocolate and customized our boxes with guest cards that were
tied right onto the package. How cool! Our truffle wedding favors
were so beautiful and fun. We had so many guests comment on them,
not only on how they looked, but on the chocolates themselves. These
are probably the finest chocolates we’ve ever tasted. There’s
no doubt in our minds that it was well worth it. Our only regret was
not ordering some of our custom truffles for the dessert tray and
for our engagement party.
We’d recommend Truffle Junkies to anyone having a wedding
who wants something a bit more special than a normal wedding favor."

When we decided to bring in truffles from Truffle Junkies, we didn't
quite know what to expect. They sent us samples from their different
lines, so we knew that they made a high quality product. But, we didn't
know if our stop-and-go customers would be interested, and were considering
some type of easy desserts for our corporate catering accounts. Well,
we quickly found out how interested they were. Our initial order of
truffles was sold as Crazy Good Espresso truffles with a cup of espresso-on-a-run.
With that initial order out in two days we were quickly scrambling
to get more in stock. Luckily, Dov and Jason made sure that we had
a fresh stock within two days (quite a feat given they hand roll all
of their truffles).
We were amazed at how well their truffles sold in our shop. Our
customers absolutely love them. They have become our best selling
non-bagel item in our stores. We even started offering them in our
wedding and bar/bat mitzvah packages, and the Junkies have been
more than helpful in that regard.
Now that we have a pretty good handle on what type of inventory
levels we require, the online ordering makes it so simple to keep
the truffles in stock. We just get online once a week, place our
order and we’re done. Sometimes we do have a run on a particular
flavor and run out before our normal delivery day, but the guys
always make sure to rush us a shipment when we need it.
Bottom line: we couldn't be happier with Truffle Junkies. The only
thing we regret is that we didn't’call them sooner. Thanks

Dr. Lee:
I ordered your chocolate truffles for my medical school graduation
party. I thought that 500 truffles would have been plenty for my party.
Man was I wrong. The guests at my party went through your truffles
in no time. Luckily, I had the foresight to set some aside for myself
to enjoy at a later time. These are by the far the best chocolate
truffles I’ve had. Nothing I’ve had before even comes
close to what you guys are doing. Most of the truffles I’ve
had before have always seemed overly sweet. With your chocolates,
you actually taste the unique flavors, not artificial sweetness. My
personal favorites were the Ripe Raspberry and Crazy Good Espresso.

Mr. Fletcher Farr:
When I throw my yearly New Years party, it is strictly
adults only. I don’t want any little punks running around
ruining my libation and good time. So, when I came across the Truffle
Junkies web site and saw their No Kids Allowed truffle series, I
knew that I needed those little alcohol laced truffles. I ordered
about 6 different flavors from the series, and could not have been
happier. Every flavor was simply outstanding. I’m a Bourbon
drinker myself, so I hogged the Booker Noe truffles mainly to myself.
I was blown away by how well the Bourbon matched the chocolate in
the truffle. My girlfriend is a White Russian girl, and she loved
the White Russian truffles. Everybody had a great time with all
the flavors. Plus, the service was top-notch. Everything was taken
care of. I’m definitely making Truffle Junkies a part of my
this new year's party. Great job Junkies!

Life can be tricky. While going for my med-school at MCO (Toledo,
OH), and actually looking all around for decent chocolates to keep
myself up and ready, I couldn't find anything around.
I did the same during my residency at UofM (Ann Arbor). No luck.
Well, there were some fair chocolates here and there, but nothing
overly impressive or worth it to spend a few bucks a piece. Yet
I did hear about some mystical Truffle Junkies from friends and
colleagues attending various conferences and social events. By some
reason it always happened to them around Cincinnati or Dallas areas
and I've thought that it must be supper private shop out of San-Francisco
or LA. Don't know why, I've never looked on the net...well it was
almost a decade ago...At any rate, few weeks ago I've received an
amazing present from my wife - a chess board and a set of checkers
box by Truffle Junkies! When I read the information about the company
I almost cried! I was passing their facilities in Toledo at least
twice a day. I don't want to embarrass myself even further about
Ann Arbor. Anyhow, I've finally won! And won big - the checkers
set was as amazing as it was delicious - too bad as I've learned
afterwards you guys do limited additions - but your truffles are
amazing and I am planning to be your bulk buyer as i have to admit
that I've never thought that chocolate checkers are way more fun
than strip poker! Need more checkers & Mrs's sends regards and
admission that she cheated with Royal Ripe Raspberry. I'm not jealous,

OK, first off, I’m not writing this just because Jay’s
my brother. I’ve never had a problem in the past advertising
the fact that he’s a jackass. If his truffles sucked, I’d
be the first one to say so. With that in mind, I’ll tell you
one thing, my little brother knows what he’s doing with his
chocolate. Before he thought he was big time with this business,
he used to make truffles for the family on special occasions (birthdays,
Christmas, basically whenever he was too cheap to go out and buy
a gift). We were all amazed at the stuff he was making. My fiancé
was absolutely nuts for them and was always busting my balls to
have him make some more for her. So, when we got married last year,
it’s no wonder that she had to have the truffles at our wedding.
We did truffle centerpieces (which looked great with our monograms
on the white and dark truffles) on the table and 2-truffle wedding
favors for each guest. This worked out very nicely because the guests
actually got to eat the truffles at the wedding and take some home.
I think people ate more truffles than wedding cake! I hate to say
it, but these guys did a great job. Don’t get me wrong, my
brother’s still a jackass, but when it comes to chocolate
these guys know their ****.

I got to try your truffles at the wedding of my friend in Miami
where the bride was upset with herself cause she, as it turned around,
insisted not to have any information about the maker on a the truffle-favor
boxes. Rob Reiner should of been there to see it, people were asking
each other 'do you know who made'em"? "do you know who
made'em"? "Oh, it must have cost a fortune to have these"...etc.
As it turned around the bride had ordered these truffles online
and everyone who spoke to here ended up asking -"so what's
the name of that company?" She was almost in tears and it was
finally over with her screaming into microphone "TruffleJunkies.com!
Go there - see if I care!" Everyone kind of came to their senses

Truffle Junkies approached us about 6 months ago. They wanted to
market test one of the packaging ideas for their truffles in my
wine shop. After trying few of their samples I didn't mind at all,
yet I wasn't so sure it would work out. We carried some other well-known
high-end chocolates and they never sold that well. But, they worked
with me and my guys in the shop and showed us how well their chocolates
paired up with our wine selections.
Thanks in large part to their guidance and effort; their truffles
are now a permanent fixture in our shop. Our customers love the
combination of wine and their chocolate. During holidays, we pair
their truffle boxes with our wine and it makes for really unique
and special gift ideas. I think we sell more gifts with their truffles
than without them.

I am using Truffle Junkies at over 6 different locations with different
kitchens, objectives, and menus - we have every type of restaurant
related operations - coffee shops, banquet halls, steakhouse, etc.
In most locations performance of the truffles is outstanding and
we really have no problems using them as creative add-ons for many
of our specials. They're recently become a hit at our Raspberry
Martini Nights at Navy Bistro. We just re-ordered Alba Whites, Royal
Ripe, Crazy Good Espresso and Melagrano (pomegranate) truffles -
they are all excellent!
